One platform that writes, checks and ships your content, grounded in what your market is actually saying
Weekly competitor intelligence feeds blog posts, LinkedIn content, sales pages and reply drafts, written in your team's voice and reviewed by a person before anything goes out. Built and run by Checkpoint GTM.
Weekly intel. Twice-weekly publishing. A person approves every piece.
Three of our competitors quietly raised prices this month. None of them changed the product.
Here is what that tells you about where the category is heading, and what to ask before you renew.
Alternatives to the category leader for mid-market RevOps teams
Fourteen sourced reviews, three price pages compared and dated, and a migration checklist your ops lead can actually follow.
“Interesting. How is this different from what we already do in HubSpot?”
Fair question. HubSpot tells you what happened in your pipeline. This tells you what your competitors changed this week and drafts the response. 20 minutes to show both side by side?
Why teams switch: the 60-day view
Three reasons from real reviews, pricing compared and dated, and one migration checklist. One page, client-safe.
Competitor A raised Pro pricing 12%. No feature change.
Two G2 reviews this week cite the increase. Battlecard, objection playbook and comparison page updated automatically.
Your content is either slow, generic, or both
Most B2B SaaS teams have the same three options: the founder writes it, an agency writes it, or a chatbot writes it. None of them scale and only one of them sounds like you.
- The founder writes the good stuff, when there's time. There is never time.
- Generic AI tools produce posts nobody would recognise as yours, with facts nobody checked.
- Competitor moves get noticed weeks late, in a sales call, from a prospect.
- Sales asks for a battlecard or a one-pager and marketing adds it to a list.
- LinkedIn conversations go unanswered because nobody owns the inbox.
A weekly loop, not a one-off content project
The platform runs on a schedule. Your team decides what ships.
Every week the platform researches your competitors: pricing, positioning, changelogs, review sites and community chatter. It writes the wiki you never had time for.
WeeklyBlog posts, LinkedIn posts and sales pages are drafted from that intel, inside voice profiles built for each author on your team.
Scheduled or on demandTen quality gates run before you see a draft: grounding, banned names, structure, links, brand voice. Quotes and prices link back to their real source.
Every draftYou review, edit, approve or reject. Approved posts publish to your site on a Monday and Thursday cadence, and to LinkedIn through your queue.
Twice weeklyThen the loop runs again next week, with everything it learned from the last one.
Six modules, one grounded system
Each module works on its own. Together they cover the whole comms loop, from market signal to published reply.
- ACompetitor APro pricing +12%
- BCompetitor BChangelog: AI assistant
- CCompetitor C2 new G2 reviews
Pro is 12% above your annual tier since 2 September with no feature change. Two reviews this week cite the increase as a reason to look around.
- Battlecards, objection playbooks and side-by-side comparisons
- Sources: competitor sites, pricing pages, changelogs, G2, Trustpilot, Reddit, Hacker News
- Ask questions in plain language and get answers with citations

“They are the category leader.”
They lead on logo count, not on outcomes. Reviews from the last 60 days show three switching for the same reason.
- Battlecards, objection-handling and competitor pages, refreshed weekly
- One-pager PDFs from any post or a typed brief
- Nothing is client-visible until a person approves it

Four rules the platform will not break
Speed is worthless if the content is wrong, off-brand, or leaks something it shouldn't.
Drafts are built from captured intel, real quotes and real prices. A quote only gets a link if it matches a stored source exactly. Prices older than 90 days are flagged.
Each author has a voice profile the model must write inside. The platform can propose a tweak to it. Only a person can save one.
Blog posts, LinkedIn posts, replies and PDFs all sit in a review queue. Nothing reaches a customer without an approve step, and irreversible actions ask twice.
A banned-names list is confirmed before the first draft. If it isn't, generation refuses to run. Your customers never show up in competitor-facing content.
Three ways to run it
We run the platform for you, alongside you, or start small. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Managed: we run it
Checkpoint sets up your workspace, tunes the voices and the watchlist, reviews drafts with you weekly, and keeps the loop running. You approve, we operate.
Embedded: your team plus ours
Your marketer or founder owns topics and approvals. We own the pipeline, the intel quality and the integrations, and coach your team on the queue.
Pilot: six weeks, one channel
Pick blog, LinkedIn or competitor intel. We stand it up, run it for six weeks on your market, and you decide with real output in hand.
It runs our own comms
“Every post on the Checkpoint Insights blog since August 2026 was researched, drafted, gated and published by this platform. Read it and judge for yourself.”Checkpoint GTM, running the platform on checkpointgtm.com
Questions we get before kickoff
Is this just ChatGPT with a wrapper?
No. A generic model writes from its training data. This platform writes from a weekly-refreshed corpus about your market, inside your voice profiles, and runs ten checks before you see a draft. Quotes and prices link to their real source.
How much of our time does it take?
About an hour a week for approvals once the voices are tuned. Setup takes two to three weeks: watchlist, banned names, voice profiles, integrations. Managed clients mostly just approve.
Will it post without our approval?
Only what you explicitly arm. Blog autopublish is opt-in per client and confirmed twice. LinkedIn posts and replies go through your queue. One-pagers need an approval before they are client-visible.
Does it work with our stack?
Finished posts reach your site through a signed webhook, so any CMS works. Slack for notifications, HeyReach for LinkedIn conversations, and a REST API plus MCP server for anything custom. HubSpot and call-transcript grounding are in build.
What does it cost?
It depends on which channels you run and whether we operate it or you do. Usage is reported on every call, so there are no surprise bills. Book a call and we'll scope it in 30 minutes.
